Thank you for the lovely Reiki treatment I had after a stressful day at work.  The Reiki left me feeling lighter and refreshed.  I can say I no longer had a heavy head.  Jo has a very calming and warming presence which really helped make me feel comfortable.  It was a wonderful experience accompanied by the smell of white sage, incense and relaxing background music, making the experience perfect.
