Jo, I had an amazing sleep last night, usually during the night is my worst time.  I cannot stop thinking about my Reiki experience with you.  I experienced such a calm, surreal connection with my core essence.  I can only describe this as being my pure state of existence.  I thank you so much and can't wait for my next session to aid my healing from the physical and imbalances I am currently experiencing.
