I was unwell and Joanne took me on a guided visualisation journey which I connected with deeply.  I started off with a body in distress and came out with a body in total relaxation.  Distance Reiki is new to me so I came with lots of questions and Joanne explained everything I wanted to know.  It was an honour to experience Joanne's Reiki expertise and share the calming virtual space she created.  Energies definitely transmitted and I felt held and cared for.  I didn't want the experience or relaxation sensations to end.  Thank you Joanne
