Mindfulness is being present. Meditation is how we practise

Mindfulness means noticing what’s happening in the present moment, your thoughts, feelings, and surroundings with curiosity, kindness and acceptance.  Meditation is where we strengthen the awareness.

I’ve been holding these weekly sessions since October.   It’s a small friendly group.  There’s no pressure to have your camera on.  It’s just a lovely thirty minutes of focusing on the breath.  Feedback has been great and attendees advise feeling more relaxed and calmer after each session.
